How many restaurant owners seek for personnel? A lot. How many people in Italy are passionate about cooking? So so many.
A SCUOLA DI GUSTO (In school with taste)
is originated from Iscom Bologna, an educational institution by Confcommercio Ascom Bologna, with the idea of building professional cooking education.
is created by CNA and Ecipar Bologna with the goal of providing high quality education in cooking with the aid of great chefs of the territory as teachers.
BORN TO BAKE ACADEMY
is a training academy for bakers and pizza makers focusing on making food with ancient grain flours and organic local ingredients.
These are three educational original projects for which we have dedicated our creativity and selling strategies: from brand identity (logo, gadgets, space moodboards, graphic signs for the interiors, website) to advertising campaigns on traditional and social media.
We have started from setting goals and identifying the target audience, then we worked on the naming and graphic identity of each project, in order to narrate its values and what makes it different on the market.

THE PROJECT’S SURPRISE
For every educational cooking projects, we have had different pleasant surprises. The bigger one was reaching out to people who are not professionals yet and see the passion and willingness to learn behind every enquiry. We have not made false promises, but we have given support and reassurance about the many paths that can be taken based on personal skills.
